WHO AM I?

I’m Jessica, a Swiss–South African artist based in Paris. I make alternative trap/cloud rap.

 

It took time to find a style that felt right, moving through different languages and styles before the music started to feel honest and closer to what I was living. That process led to Weak, an EP about fragility, the music industry, and allowing things to exist without fixing them. It’s less about answers and more about sitting with what’s uncomfortable.

 

2024 was my debut show in Zurich, where I was living at the time. Organised independently by myself, the show was a success, bringing together artists I had collaborated on music with.

 

Now, in Paris, I’ve performed at La Java alongside other similar artists, hosted a release party for Weak, and released a small line of merch connected to the project. Weak is out now, and I’m already working on what comes next.

 

I’m continuing to build this world slowly, writing, releasing, and letting each project take the shape it needs to take.
